		<description>I suppose if the two questions were independent of each other, they could get results that don&#039;t sum to 100%. It might be possible to disapprove of the war in Afghanistan but still think 30K more troops are necessary for the time being. That doesn&#039;t exactly make sense to me, but perhaps others feel that way. Granted, the poll should have been setup in a different, more logical way, or explained so as not to confuse people.
