5 votes. That’s the narrow margin that the House health care bill passed. And very surprisingly – there was a Republican vote in favor.

It’s still too soon to tell what the final product will be, but for young adults the outcome looks like:

• individual mandate
• and extension of the age on which they can remain on parents’ insurance
